Ray had a dream and Susan, his wife and lifetime partner, was there by his side to help make the dream a reality. In 1970 Ray and Susan bought land in Orangeville and six years and two children later, they built their first home on the land. Ten years later they built another home on a larger piece of land. The dream was in the making!  

Ray and Susan slowly worked towards the dream, continuing to work through the week at full-time jobs to finance the golf course and spending evenings and weekends,  sun-up to sundown, doing whatever it took to make the dream a reality. Together, Ray and Susan have 30 years experience in the hospitality industry and Ray's 17 years experience as a heavy equipment operator became another building block of the dream. He was also playing golf three times a week! 

As the dream developed, their son Bill became more involved, even though he, too, had a full time job. They purchased an old dump truck and track loader and went to work.

Ten years and 30,000 hours of labour later, the dream has become a reality and a mature, nine-hole golf course, set in a beautiful, natural environment is open for you to enjoy the, "Great Game of Golf"!
